Spring stream cleanups scheduled in Newtown Square, Drexel Hill
Spring is nearly here, and many have spring cleaning well under way. But Mother Nature may need a helping hand with that. In Newtown Township, just such efforts are already on the calendar.
Annual stream cleanup efforts have been scheduled, and organizers are now seeking volunteers to help.
Theย ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฅ๐ถ๐ฑ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฟ๐๐บ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ ๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ ๐๐๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป (CRC)ย will host its cleanup on ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐, ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฎ๐ญ, from ๐ต ๐๐ผ ๐ญ๐ญ:๐ฏ๐ฌ a.m. atย ๐๐ณ๐ฆ๐น๐ฆ๐ญ ๐๐ฐ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฆ ๐๐ข๐ณ๐ฌย and those of all ages can lend a helping hand.ย

The opportunity to give back doesnโt stop there. Theย ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐๐๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ปย (DCVA) will have a similar event of its own, as spring gets underway. The DCVA cleanup is scheduled for ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐, ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐น ๐ญ๐ญ, from 9 a.m. to noon.
