Upper Darby Township seeks feedback on Naylor’s Run Park plan
If you have ever visited Naylor’s Run Park and formed an opinion on what would improve the 13-acre “hidden gem,” Upper Darby Township wants to hear from you.
The township government is currently preparing a new master plan for Naylor’s Run Park, and it is asking the public to provide feedback via a brief survey. Participants will answer questions such as those that gauge what they like best about the park and what improvements should be the highest priorities — more hiking trails, more programmed activities, additional playground equipment, better safety, and more.
To learn more about the township’s master plan and provide additional feedback, residents can also attend an open house at 6 p.m. on April 15 at the township municipal building (100 Garrett Road in Upper Darby).
Named after a nearby creek that is a tributary of Cobbs Creek, Naylor’s Run Park currently features tennis courts, swing sets, a baseball field, picnic areas, and trails that connect to the Beverly Hills trail system.
