Grand Opening of ‘Wonder’ brings a unique dining option to Upper Darby Township
Do you have that nightly debate? That question that pulls at you, all day long, awaiting an answer? The only problem is, no one seems to have the answer, and if they come up with one, no one can agree on it.
That “question” is “What’s for dinner,” and those in and around Drexel Hill will now have a solution that aims to please everyone. Instead of being forced to pick one simple meal, your family can select from a wide variety. And, they even serve lunch.
Wonder has now made its grand opening in Drexel Hill, Upper Darby Township. As of Thursday, Jan. 22, the “tech-driven food hall” brings a unique choice to those far and wide. Wonder is a “delivery platform that lets customers order from multiple restaurant brands, all from a single app.”
Dubbed as “the best restaurants from across the country, all in one place,” Wonder offers meals all delivered from one kitchen for “convenience, featuring quick, high-quality meals from various cuisines, all in one order.”
The new hot spot, located at 5045 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, PA 19026, says it is “making great food more accessible” with over 15 restaurants under one roof. Guests can enjoy local delivery, pick-up, or dine-in options.
Rita LaRue, Upper Darby Township’s Director of Community & Economic Development, was on hand for the grand opening along with the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, who partnered on the celebratory event. Township Councilperson Kyle McIntyre was also on hand for the event, along with scores of new customers.
Wonder’s charitable partners include Philabundance. For additional information visit them at: www.wonder.com. Wonder is open Saturday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Orders can be placed online here. The Wonder app is available in both the Apple App Store and on Google Play.
