Pop-Up Prom Dress Shop brings affordable options to UDHS prom hopefuls

Expensive dresses, costly tickets, and high-priced hair, make-up, and nail appointments: the price of prom isn’t something that comes easily for all. But instead of those less fortunate missing out on this tradition, the Upper Darby High School offers its own affordable dress shopping right inside its own walls.

The opening day for the Upper Darby “Pop-up Prom Dress Shop” will be held on Saturday, Feb. 21. Scheduled to be hosted in the high school’s conference room, students can come in to purchase reasonably priced dresses, shoes, and accessories.
