Delaware County Park Police reports: ‘cat’s ears’ and stun gun confiscated

The following were November 2025 reports from the Delaware County Parks Police.

Nov. 26

Wanted person: At 1:29 p.m., officers assigned to the Falcon Center Probation Office detained and arrested a subject with an active warrant. The subject was transported by constables to the George W. Hill Correctional Facility.

Nov. 25

Counterfeit: At 9:55 a.m., officers assigned to the Courthouse Complex were notified of a counterfeit bill that was received. Officers confiscated the counterfeit bill and turned it over to detectives.

Nov. 24

Weapon: At 10:17 a.m., officers assigned to the Courthouse Complex were conducting regular screening when they recovered a stun gun inside an individual’s belongings. Officers confiscated the item and the individual was released with a warning.

Wanted person: At 1:15 p.m., officers assigned to the Chester Probation Office detained and arrested a subject with an active warrant.

Nov. 22

Shots fired: At 1:25 p.m., officers responded to assist the Folcroft Police Department with a shots-fired incident. Officers assisted with setting up a perimeter and were released after an all clear was given.

Nov. 19

Wanted person: At 9:36 a.m., officers at the Courthouse Complex detained and arrested a subject with an active warrant out of Philadelphia.

Assault: At 12:47 p.m., officers assigned to the Courthouse Complex responded to a report of an assault. A physical altercation occurred between two individuals. Both were taken into custody and received citations. One subject was wanted on an active warrant.

Nov. 12

Weapon: At 9:27 a.m., officers assigned to the courthouse discovered a pair of “cat’s ears” inside an individual’s belongings. The item was confiscated.

Panic alarm: At 11:08 a.m., officers at the Courthouse Complex responded to a panic alarm. An individual was found to be recording on their cellphone, which is prohibited by law. Officers escorted the individual out without further incident

Nov. 10

Accident: At 6:42 a.m., Parks patrol responded to the George W. Hill Correctional Facility for an auto accident. Officers arrived and conducted an investigation. The operator of the vehicle was transported to the hospital.

Wanted person: At 8:57 a.m., officers assigned to the Chester Probation Office detained and arrested a subject with an active warrant.

Wanted person: At 1:29 p.m., officers assigned to the Chester Probation Office detained and arrested a subject with an active warrant.

Panic alarm: At 4:24 p.m., officers at the Courthouse Complex responded to a panic alarm. A verbal dispute occurred between an employee and an individual in their office and the individual was refusing to leave. Officers escorted the individual out without incident.

Nov. 7

Wanted person: At 10:56 a.m., officers assigned to the Falcon Center Probation Office detained and arrested a subject with an active warrant.

Nov. 6

Disturbance: At 11:45 a.m., courthouse officers responded to a disturbance between two individuals. Parties were escorted off the property.

Nov. 3

Wanted person: At 1:30 p.m., officers assigned to the Chester Probation Office detained and arrested a subject with an active warrant.

Nov. 2

Assault: At 3:15 p.m., responded to Upland Park for a report of a fight involving a knife. Officers arrived and located the victim but were unable to locate any suspects as they fled prior to police arrival. No medical attention was required.
