Upper Darby man fails to return an Enterprise Jeep Wranger for over two months

Upper Darby police have issued a warrant for the arrest of one township resident after he failed to return a rental car. While a slightly extended period may have been understandable, the man is now two months overdue for his rental return.

According to the Upper Darby Police Department, Rohn K. Woodley, 33, of the unit block of Brandon Road, in Upper Darby, went to the Enterprise Car Rental Company, located at 706 Garrett Road, to rent a vehicle on Sept. 11, 2025. There, employees assisted him by lending a yellow Jeep Wrangler vehicle with Connecticut registration (plates reading BN79677), which was due to be returned on Oct. 10, 2025.

After Woodley allegedly did not return the rental vehicle, Enterprise issued a certified letter to him on Oct. 15. The vehicle, police said, is still not returned. It has been entered in the NCIC database as being stolen.

Police said that Woodley did present identification to obtain his rental. Based on this information, police said they requested the issuance of a warrant for Woodley’s arrest. At this time, he has not yet been taken into custody.

Anyone with information about Woodley’s whereabouts or that may see the vehicle can reach the Upper Darby police at 610-734-7693, the department’s non-emergency number. Alternatively, the department maintains an Anonymous Tip Line at 610-734-3439.

Woodley faces felony charges of theft of leased property as well as receiving stolen property, according to court documents.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
