‘Tea With the Artists’ fundraiser to support Middletown Free Library

If you like tea parties, art and supporting local libraries, a fundraiser coming up in May is a can’t-miss event.

All proceeds from “Tea With the Artists,” taking place at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Glen Mills on May 7, will support Middletown Free Library’s resources and programs.

For $45 per person, attendees will be treated to teas, tea sandwiches made by Wayside Market, treats and scones. Each table theme will evoke a famous artist, and there will also be raffles, a photo booth and a presentation by certified tea sommelier Karen Donnelly, of Greenhalgh Tea.

There will be two seatings on the day of the event: the first is from 10 a.m. to noon, and the second is from 2 to 4 p.m. Visit middletownfreelibrary.org to register.
